FOUR OAKS -- Johnston County sheriff's deputies charged a 17-year-old Four Oaks man with first-degree murder Sunday after a Selma man died in a shooting Saturday on Devils Racetrack Road.

They are still seeking a second teen to be charged in the death.

Clevon Jerrell Stewart, 22, died at WakeMed's Raleigh campus shortly after the 9 p.m. altercation near Interstate 95. Deputies charged Brandon Keith Sims with murder and had warrants out on Drew Edward Fuller, 18, of Devils Racetrack Road, Johnston County Sheriff's spokeswoman Tammy Amaon said.

Stewart was shot in the chest, according to Amaon.

Fuller is said to be driving a silver, two-door 1997 Dodge Avenger.
