Born Feb. 6, 1930, in Johnston County, Mrs. Alley was a daughter of the late George B. and Myrtie Howell Holloman. She was the widow of Ralph Alley.

The funeral was scheduled for noon Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Parrish Funeral Home, 1351 S. Pollock St., Selma. Burial was to follow in the Crocker Cemetery.

Surviving are her son, Clinton Baker of Pine Level; two daughters, Theresa Dale of Pine Level and Jo Ann Moore of California; four brothers, Marshall Holloman, Russell Holloman, Larry Holloman and Bernice Holloman, all of Pine Level; five sisters, Peggy Thompson of Pine Level, Myrtle Sauls of Virginia and Brenda Sue Snodgrass, Linda Edwards and Mary Sullivan, all of Selma; and five grandchildren.
