Sheriff's Department

Someone stole a 1986 Oldsmobile Regency, valued at $1,000, from the parking lot of a restaurant on N.C. 42 in the Cleveland community.

Ronnie Vincent Terry Tucker, 27, of Holly Springs was arrested Thursday and charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana.

Cheryl Denise Davis, 47, of 368 Ivey Road, Four Oaks, was arrested Friday and charged with possessing methamphetamines.

Christopher Scott Johnson, 19, of 352 City Road, Clayton, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with multiple counts of felony larceny.

Beth Ann Kirkwood, 48, of 110 Josie Drive, Benson, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with being a fugitive from another state.

Morgan Barfield, 22, of 1464 Keen Road, Four Oaks, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with assaulting a police officer.

Nicholas Kendrell Smith, 17, of 117 Buckhorn Drive, Middlesex, was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle.

Michael Perry Sullivan, 31, of 516 Angus Court, Clayton, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or cause serious injury.

Home break-ins were reported last week in the following locations: Sheffield Drive near Four Oaks, Dell Meadows Place near Four Oaks, Honeycutt Road near Willow Spring, Massengill Pond Road near Angier, Jamison Drive near Clayton, New Bethel Road in the Cleveland community, Battlefield Road near Four Oaks, Whitetail Lane near Clayton, Holly Berry Lane near Selma, Mandarin Loop near Clayton and Sampson Road near Dunn.

Selma Police

Nicholas Shane Ford, 19, of 943 Hales Road, Kenly, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with three counts of felony probation violation.

On Thursday, someone stole two hair extensions, valued at $28, from New Beauty Hair on South Pollock Street.

Break-ins were reported last week on Hunting Drive, the 1200 block of East Lizzie Street and the 900 block of West Walnut Street.

Smithfield Police

Tracy Lynn Raper, 44, of 3623 Bay Valley Road, Kenly, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with felony larceny by employee. She is charged with taking $240 cash and an $80 gift card from Wal-Mart.

Kevin Paul Gervasio, 23, of Troy, N.Y., was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
