A meeting on incorporating the Cleveland community is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at Golden Corral, 60 Son-Lan Parkway.

If those at the meeting agree to move forward, they will set up operational committees, including a Web site, education, publicity and funding. Also, the group will talk about the process for naming a steering committee.
