Sheriff's Department

Margie Hall Godwin, 55, of 1384 U.S. 70-A, Unit C, Selma, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with possession with intent to sell cocaine.

Lee Richmond Waddell, 35, of 1408 Firetower Road, Selma, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with breaking and entering, selling marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon.

On Thursday, someone stole a 1991 Toyota Camry, valued at $2,000, from the 300 block of U.S. 70 near Garner.

Someone stole 100 tickets, valued at $1,000, from Fear Farm on Loop Road near Clayton, the farm's owner reported Thursday.

Jeffery Thomas Scott, 41, of 7521 Tedder Road, Lucama, was arrested Thursday and charged with breaking and entering and larceny.

Weldon Brooks Hessman, 23, of 3100 Auburn Estates Road, Raleigh, was arrested Thursday and charged with obtaining property by false pretense.

Freddie Ray Woodall, 31, of 342 Turlington Drive, Benson, was arrested Thursday and charged with felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretense.

Termika Lashe Williams, 25, of Louisburg was arrested Thursday and charged with possession with intent to sell Schedule II drugs.

Darrius Tyrone Perry, 37, of 200 E. Hinnant St., Unit B, Kenly, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with possession with intent to sell cocaine.

Cameren Troy Cook, 28, of Fayetteville was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with discharging a firearm on occupied property. Cook is suspected of firing a gun at a car on Interstate 40 in a road-rage incident.

Devon Raye Parker, 17, of 105 Westwood Place, Clayton, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with obtaining property by false pretense.

Quamayne Pennyfeather, 17, of 10135 N.C. 210, Four Oaks, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiring to commit a robbery and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or cause serious injury.

Terry Lee Holder, 34, of 207 Hunting Drive, Selma, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with eluding arrest.

Mustafha George, 23, of 2305 N.C. 96 South, Four Oaks, and Torral George, 28, of 304 Shady Lane Drive, Smithfield, were arrested Oct. 19 and charged with multiple counts of trafficking in cocaine.

Jimmy Mike Mitchell, 46, of 501 E. Wilson St., Unit A, Kenly, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with multiple counts of obtaining property by false pretense.

Home break-ins were reported last week in the following locations: Falcon Run near Middlesex, Wildwood Lane near Smithfield, Talmadge Farm Drive near Clayton, Old Pebble Lane near Kenly, the 4600 block of Stevens Chapel Road near Smithfield, Memory Lane near Benson, Sanidine Lane near Clayton, Josephine Road in the Cleveland community, River Dell Road near Clayton, the 10000 block of Buffalo Road near Clayton, Misty Court near Selma, Kentucky Drive near Clayton, Russell Drive near Wendell, Robin Lane near Clayton, Coharie Drive near Wendell, Ballpark Road near Selma and Wyndfall Lane near Clayton.

Selma Police

Jennifer Irene Dean, 27, of 200 Graham St., Unit 123, Selma, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner. According to a police report, Dean resisted arrest and spit on an officer.

Tracy Nicole Geddie, 21, of 517 River Road, Unit A, Selma, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. She is suspected of cutting a man with a knife.

Home break-ins were reported in the 500 block of West Railroad Street and the 900 block of Campground Road.

Smithfield Police

Victor Andrew "Josh" Romero, 23, of 913 N. Pollock St., Selma, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with breaking and entering a vehicle, larceny and larceny of a vehicle.

Barbara Jean Hobbs Ray, 52, of 805 2nd Ave., Smithfield, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Robert Anthony Smith, 42, of 311 N. 6th St., Smithfield, and Timothy Ray Sellers, 45, of 102 W. Caroline Ave., Smithfield, were arrested Oct. 19 and charged with breaking and entering a vehicle. They are suspected in a car break-in on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

Home break-ins were reported in the 500 block of South Sixth Street, the 500 block of East Johnston Street and the 500 block of South Fourth Street.
