Patricia Ann Eguia, 34, of 108 Allen Court, Unit C, Four Oaks, was arrested Thursday and charged with felony larceny, conspiracy and possession of stolen property. She is suspected of stealing televisions from Wal-Mart in the Cleveland community.

Lee Richmond Waddell, 35, of 1408 Firetower Road, Selma, was arrested Thursday and charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of cocaine.

Ernest Bryant King, 30, of 104 St. James Court, Clayton, was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of schedule II drugs.

Mary Bullard Lowry, 41, of 2844 Horseman's Ridge Drive, Clayton, was arrested Thursday and charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana.

Ryan Dorsett Williams, 21, of 13175 Buffalo Road, Clayton, was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of cocaine.

Maciel Bautista Castellanos, 32, of 4683 Buffalo Road, Selma, was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with assault by strangulation.

The following were arrested Dec. 7 and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and second-degree kidnapping: Francisco Javier Vasquez Jr., 16, of 303 E. Waddell St., Selma; Obed Isaac Chirinos, 31, of 800 W. Oak St., Selma; and Elvin Johany Amador, 32, of 117 River Road, Selma. Chirinos was charged also with second-degree burglary. The three men are suspected in the armed robbery of Warren's Gas and Grocery on U.S. 701 in the Overshot community.

On Dec. 5, someone broke into Critter Country on Technology Drive in the Cleveland community and stole $278.

Home break-ins were reported last week in the following locations: David Road near Wendell, Ogburn Road near Smithfield, the 1000 block of Daughtry Road near Smithfield, the 7100 block of Cornwallis Road in the Cleveland community, Manchester Trail near Clayton, Yelverton Grove Road near Smithfield, Stancil Drive near Angier and Old Country Lane near Selma.

Selma Police

Alexander Matthew Thorne, 27, of 42 Massengill Mobile Home Park in Clayton was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with assault inflicting serious injury.

Brice Nicholas Stanley, 21, of 1003 W. Waddell St., Selma, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with possession with intent to sell schedule II drugs and possession with intent to sell schedule VI drugs. According to a police report, cocaine and marijuana were found in his car.

Home break-ins were reported in the 1400 block of Lizzie Mill Road, the 500 block of West Railroad Street, the 400 block of East Lizzie Street and the 600 block of Winston Circle.

Smithfield Police

Douglas Tyler Kubik, 47, of 711 Chestnut Drive, Smithfield, was arrested Dec. 8 and charged with aggravated serious injury by motor vehicle. According to a police report, Kubik hit a fire hydrant on South Vermont Street, injuring the passengers in his car.

Adam Lee Herring, 19, of 114 Family Drive, Clayton, was arrested Dec. 3 and charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretense.

Robert Anthony Smith, 42, of 311 N. Sixth St., Smithfield, was arrested Thursday and charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle. He is suspected of breaking into a car on South Second Street and stealing a GPS unit and $2 in change.

Home break-ins were reported in the 200 block of Stancil Street, the 300 block of East Davis Street, the 1100 block of Massey Street and the 600 block of South Fourth Street.
