James "Jimmy" Willard Stevens, 70, a loving husband, father and grandfather passed away Monday January 4, 2010. He was a deacon, trustee and a member of the Caregivers of White Oak Baptist Church. Mr. Stevens retired after thirty seven years as an auto salvage salesman. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 Thursday, January 7, 2010 at White Oak Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Tolbert officiating. Entombment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.Mr. Stevens was the son of the late Leon and Mae Stevens of Clayton. He was preceded in death by a son Rocky Stevens. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Stevens, daughter, Rhonda Stephenson of Clayton, sons; Andy Stevens of Clayton, Vicky Gupton of Clemmons, and Ricky Barrow of Clayton, grandchildren; Jenna House, Chad and Morgan Stephenson, Cody and Rodney Stevens, Ashley, Brandon and Christina Barrow.Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to the Caregivers of White Oak Baptist Church, 13943 Buffalo Road, Clayton, N.C. 27527.
