Born in Johnston County she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Eliza Creech Jones. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Sue Worley

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday January 24, 2010 at Parrish Memorial church cemetery with Rev. Kenny Lee officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday January 23, 2010 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma.

Mrs. Worley is survived by her husband of 66 years, W. I. Worley; two sons, Dennis and wife, Sue Worley of San Juan TX, Douglas Worley of Pine Level; a daughter, Kay Starling and husband, William of Pine Level; two sisters, Jannie Shields of MN and Margie Creech of Micro; five grandchildren; two great- grandchildren.
