Born July 27, 1915, in Warren, Pa., Mrs. Koebley was the daughter of the late Paul F. Morganroth and the late Martha Yeagle Morganroth Eiselen. She worked in the Warren County Register and Recorder’s Office for 14 years. Mrs. Koebley was a member of First Baptist Church in Smithfield, the Order of the Eastern Star and the National T.T.T. Society. When younger, she was an avid tennis player, swimmer and ice skater. Also, Mrs. Koebley was a pianist, and she had been a school nurse in Florida.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at First Baptist Church in Smithfield. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Surviving are her son, Dr. Kevin Koebley of Smithfield; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 3 till 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the home of Dr. Kevin Koebley, 410 E. Woodall St., Smithfield. The family suggests memorial contributions to First Baptist Church, 202 S. 4th St., Smithfield, N.C. 27577; or to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, Church Street Station, P.O.
