Thomas H. Knuckles, 66, of 787 Eli Olive Road died Saturday, Aug. 16. Born July 18, 1942, in Johnston County, he was the son of the late Thomas and Irene Wadsworth Knuckles.

A private memorial service will be held later.

Surviving are his wife, Cecelia Roberson Knuckles; three sons, Eric Knuckles of the home, Tommy Knuckles of Goldsboro and Ricky Knuckles of Dunn; two sisters, Janet Mozingo of Smithfield and Patsy Pearce of Goldsboro; and three grandchildren.
