Born May 11, 1964, in Logan, W.Va., Mrs. Chambers was the daughter of the late Herman Caldwell and Nancy Jo Grayson Adams. She was a self-employed house cleaner.

A memorial service will be held later in West Virginia.

Surviving are her husband, Clifford Chambers; a son, Benjamin Chambers of Benson; two brothers, Kenny Boley of Columbus, Ohio, and David Boley of Tennessee; and her stepfather, David Adams Jr.
