Sudie Ellis Barbour, 64, of Clayton died Wednesday, Oct. 8.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at McLaurin Funeral Home, 12830 U.S. 70 Business West, Clayton. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband, Ronald Barbour; a daughter, Misty Carroll of Clayton; a son, Ron Barbour of Clayton; her mother, Bettie Ellis of Clayton; a sister, Margaret Flowers of Clayton; and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10 till 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial contributions to American Cancer Society, 11 S. Boylan Ave., Raleigh, N.C. 27603; or to your local SPCA.
