Walter H. Boyette, 80, of Clayton died Tuesday, Oct. 14. He was the widower of Sally B. Boyette.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, at White Oak Baptist Church. The Rev. Paul Tolbert will officiate. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
Surviving are his daughter, Shelley Pelone of Raleigh; a son, Walter Harold Boyette Jr. of Clayton; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1 till 2 p.m. Friday at the church.
The family suggests memorial contributions to White Oak Baptist Church, 13943 Buffalo Road, Clayton, N.C. 27527.
