Born July 9, 1952, in Grove City, Pa., Mrs. Carr was a daughter of the late Ernest and Dorothy Palmer Carr. She was the widow of Thomas W. Perell Jr.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at Wellspring Community Church in Clayton. The family will receive friends after the service.

Surviving are her son, Michael Perell of Clayton; four brothers, Richard Carr of Slippery Rock, Pa., David Carr of Harrisville, Pa., Steve Carr of Four Oaks and Bill Carr of New Castle, Pa.; three sisters, Sherry Vincent of New Wilmington, Pa., Lois Vannan of Willow Spring and Gloria Natale of New Castle, Pa.; a grandchild; and two stepgrandchildren.
